DESCRIPTION

STRUCTURE AND DESIGN
:

  • External Structure: With standard marine containers as the main framework, they possess a sturdy steel structure shell, capable of withstanding certain external impacts, harsh climatic conditions, as well as the bumps and vibrations during long-distance transportation, thus ensuring the stability and safety of the laboratory buildings. The dimensions of containers usually come in standard specifications such as 20 feet (approximately 6.1 meters) and 40 feet (approximately 12.2 meters), which can be selected or combined according to actual needs.
  • Internal Layout: After professional design and modification, the internal space is divided into different functional areas, such as the experimental operation area, instrument and equipment placement area, sample storage area, office area, etc. Each area is both independent and closely interconnected to meet the daily workflow and operational requirements of the laboratory.

ADVANTAGEOUS FEATURES:

High Mobility: They can be conveniently transported to different locations according to the requirements of experimental projects, such as construction sites, field investigation sites, and remote areas. This mobility enables the laboratory to get closer to the experimental objects and research sites, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of experiments.

Rapid Assembly: Since most of the decoration and equipment installation work has been completed in the factory, only simple assembly and debugging are required on site before they can be put into use, significantly shortening the construction period and saving time and labor costs.

Lower Cost: Compared with traditional laboratory buildings, the construction cost of marine container laboratory buildings is relatively low. On the one hand, the price of containers themselves is relatively inexpensive; on the other hand, due to the adoption of prefabricated and modular designs, the workload of on-site construction and material waste are reduced.

Environmental Protection and Energy Saving: The renovation and reuse of used marine containers reduce the generation of construction waste, conforming to the environmental protection concept. Meanwhile, the good sealing property of containers can effectively reduce energy consumption and lower operating costs.

APPLICATION FIELDS:

Scientific Research Field: They provide convenient working places for scientific researchers to conduct field investigations and experimental studies in the wild, such as in geological exploration, ecological environment monitoring, and research on animals and plants.

Educational Field: Schools can construct container laboratories to provide practical teaching places for students, cultivating their practical abilities and scientific literacy.

Engineering Field: They play an important role in on-site testing and quality control of engineering projects, such as in building engineering, road and bridge engineering, and water conservancy engineering.

Medical Field: They can be used for temporary medical testing, disease prevention and control, etc. For example, during the epidemic period, container laboratories could be quickly erected for nucleic acid testing and other work.

FUNCTIONS AND FACILITIES:

Furniture: They are equipped with basic experimental facilities such as professional laboratory benches, wall cupboard, reagent shelf, fume hoods, sinks, and emergency shower devices, storage cabinet, clean bench, biology safety cabinet ect. According client laboratory requirement we design and equip with different furniture.

Electrical System: There is a stable and reliable power supply system, including wires, sockets, switches, and distribution boxes, to meet the electricity demands of experimental equipment, lighting, air conditioners, and other electrical appliances.

Ventilation and Air Conditioning System: A good ventilation system is the key to ensuring the safety of the laboratory environment and the accuracy of experimental results. Container laboratories usually install ventilation ducts, exhaust fans, and other ventilation equipment to ensure that harmful gases, vapors, etc. generated during the experimental process can be promptly discharged outdoors. The air conditioning system is used to regulate the indoor temperature and humidity, providing a comfortable working environment for laboratory personnel.

Water Supply and Drainage System: There are complete water supply and drainage pipes and faucets to facilitate water usage and drainage during the experimental process.

The step to order container house:

Firstly, make layout plan according different lab requirement. 20Gp, 40HC, combined type container are all available.

Secondly, make CAD axonometric drawing to check inner furniture layout and quote.

Finally, if price works well, make render to view effect in advance to confirm order and arrnage production.
